Welcome to Go-YGO.com

Thank you for taking the time to visit.

My name is Jae Kim. For better or worse, you can credit all of the posts and pages on this blog to me. Many of you may be here because of your familiarity with my work on Pojo.com, Metagame.com, or TCGPlayer.com. To those old readers from the past, I welcome you warmly and hope you will see this site grow. Regardless of whether you have read my work before, this site will not disappoint you.

Go-YGO.com aims to become the number one free Yu-Gi-Oh! card game website on the web. I am motivated to create this blog because of the lack of guidance for players of all skill levels. It has been difficult for new players because writing talent and tournament success are difficult to possess separately and extremely difficult to merge together.

Hopefully Go-YGO.com can fill some of this void. While striving to be a top player in the game, I’ve always enjoyed talking to anyone, beginner to expert, about game strategy and hearing their opinions. This blog is made for you and will remain true to the voice of the dueling public. Enjoy yourself.

  • Good luck, Jae. Awesome articles thus far. Keep it up. ^__^

  • Hello, I would very much like to take this opportunity to thank you for creating a site which can help me improve my playing skills for this game i’ve loved for a very long time. I may not be very good at this game when I come to tournaments, but when it comes to my casual friends and the dozens of kids at school that also enjoy this TCG, I always try and help out and even though I nearly always win, I ussually can notice the growth of those I play. I definitely don’t know which of the big 5 is right for me, or how to use them correctly. I would very much like to furthrer increase my own skills so that one day I may become a top player aswell, and probably one of the first for Maryland. Also you’ve most likely never seen me, but I read your pojo stuff a lot, and I like to see the topics you discuss from yours and other high quality players points of view. AIM: Kyle Uchiha, sometimes if its my phone AIM i’m asleep or at work.

Jae best of luck with this new venture. I’ve enjoyed your writing in the past and look forward to reading Yu-Gi-Oh related articles on a regular basis again.

  • Looks very interesting. I hope to learn more about the metagame :D

Mr. Kim, I have been following your work for a long time. Since you were using Strike Ninja with D.D. Scout Plane (I think you were one of the firsts to try that). Anyway, with metagame gone… I think you’re WELL on your way to being the #1 Yu-Gi-Oh theory resource, and further more… If you hadn’t been “godhanded” as often as you were… You might have quite a few more Ws & top 8s than you do. Anyway, if you keep playin’ the odds will catch up with you, you got a Shonen Jump now right? Anyway… Thanks for the blog man!

  • jonathan chu

  • Ed T

You are one of the few duelists who makes articles that reflect what duelists should know and what should change. Hope you continue to blog!
